As part of a major upgrade to this CBD high-rise Pure Contracting was engaged by Delta Group to undertake the removal of asbestos materials. Over a 12 month period we completed works to all of the 33 levels including 3 basements. Part of the scope included decontaminating 11 lift shafts and removing contaminated acoustic linings to two service risers running the entire height of the building. These specialist works were completed by our rope access trained asbestos personnel.
