AMP Capital engaged Pure Contracting to complete the early works package as part of the refurbishment of the executive level to Sydneys first high-rise office block. Over a 3 month period we demolished the existing fit-out, removed asbestos containing fire rating insulation to the structural steel and completed the re-insulation works. This project was completed in a fully occupied building.
