One of the worlds most iconic buildings has been undergoing a major renewal program over the last 10 years. Being built over 50 years ago many elements of the structure contain both asbestos and lead based paint. Pure Contracting has been involved with most of the works in particular with 3 of the most significant stages. The Joan Sutherland Theatre underwent a complete upgrade in 2017, the Yallamundi Rooms were created in 2018-2019 and the Concert Hall underwent a complete refurbishment from 2019-2022.
