As part of this 2-billion-dollar development Pure Contracting was engaged by Delta Group to remove asbestos and lead to the Menzies Hotel, a 15-storey commercial building and shopping arcades prior to their demolition.

Following on from this Multiplex engaged Pure Contracting to carry out asbestos removal to 2 heritage facades and lead paint removal to the interior of these buildings as part of their restoration.
