Central Station has undergone a major redevelopment as part of the Sydney Metro project. Pure Contracting was engaged to remove remove both asbestos and lead to all areas impacted by the project.

The majority of the works were completed on nightshift in order to minimise any impact on the day to day running of Sydneys busiest railway station.
