The MLC Centre redevelopment project has provided new and improved retail space across 4 levels including a revitalised Theatre Royal. Pure Contracting was engaged by Delta Group to carry out the removal of asbestos and lead as part of the demolition package. The works were staged in order to minimise any impact on the day-to-day operation of the precinct.
